All the details are covered, allowing you to rest easy throughout a process as complex as buying or selling a home. Should any complication arise, Josh is ready with a suggestion or solution.

We listed our house with Voyles Realty and were very impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the entire process. Josh Voyles was very responsive and got everything moving quickly even though Christmas was approaching. Every staff member we had contact with could not have been more helpful. The photographer they sent out was amazing and Renee made a point to be there also to assist. Even with the holidays close, we had many showings, offers the first weekend and a contract the day after the open house. From when we contacted Josh Voyles to closing was less than a month. We would certainly recommend Voyles Realty. Josh and his staff made the entire process as easy as possible for us.

I was recommended to Voyles Realty by my sister and brother in law after Josh had helped them secure their first home during the height of the pandemic in 2020. Josh had then introduced me to Jenna, who took the reigns in helping me secure MY first home. From start to finish, Jenna made sure that I had the easiest transaction possible as a first time homebuyer going into this alone with zero knowledge on how it all works. No matter how many questions I asked, hiccups we ran into (to no fault of Jenna), and disappointments in rejected offers - I can now say I’m a proud owner of a home I’ll hopefully be in for years to come. If I ever sell, I’ll be reaching out to Jenna again. Great team, excellent communication, and more simplified process than I could’ve ever imagined. Thank you Voyles Team!

Highly recommend Voyles Realty! Josh did a fantastic job helping find the right home for my daughter and I. He was able to point out details that needed repairs with his many years of construction background.
