Josh did an amazing job helping me find my new home. He is very knowledgeable and anytime I needed advice or help with something he was a text or call away. He definitely went above and beyond and made the process very easy. I would highly recommend Josh Steinke if you are purchasing or selling your home.

Josh made selling our first home a breeze! He is very knowledgable with the local industry and helped us with everything from getting great pictures to a competitive listing price and accepting a strong offer. His weekly check-ins gave us peace of mind that everything was moving forward and on track! We couldn't recommend Josh enough if you are looking to buy or sell a home in the GF area.

Josh was so easy to work with! First of all, he is actually responsive to calls and texts! This is a true gem in the real estate world! His knowledge of the area is so helpful when you have things like flooding to be wary of! He’ll point out things around the house and property to watch out for, not just trying to make the sale but watching out for his clients! Our search was for a rural property and he drove ALL over for us! He helped us find the perfect house and kept the search and closing very easy going. We never felt pressured or stressed thanks to Josh!

Josh was recommended to us when we made the long move from Hawaii to Grand Forks. We had the pleasure of being helped by him and Katlyn. It’s easy to see why they’re so highly rated and recommended. They were extremely attentive to our needs and never pushed us into anything we weren’t comfortable with, even if that meant choosing a different realtor. They were extremely knowledgeable of the area and of houses that would suit us. They made themselves available to us whenever needed and were extremely personable and kind. When we found the house we wanted, our offer was quickly accepted. We ran into several hiccups but both Josh and Katlyn were there in no time to make things smooth and stress free. On the first day, the basement began flooding and Josh was there in minutes with a Wetvac to help us fix the problem. He took time to explain different aspects of the house that we were unfamiliar with and recommended many necessary services to us (we do not have sump pumps in Hawaii and we are new to the area and unfamiliar with the utilities companies available.) Overall, I cannot recommend Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Family Realty enough and especially Josh Steinke and Katlyn Ramseth.

Josh and his team has been great to work with! He not only helped me find my home in East Grand Forks but also was able to assist in referring me to a few realtors to help sell in Utah! Gave insight to the area and easy to contact as well.
