Joe is very knowledgeable about the area. He is a very motivated individual. He has been the top salesman for his company for many years. He has a "no nonsense" approach to negotiating a sale. He has a purchase price in mind & sticks with it. Good individual.

My objective was to sell a less than perfect property in what I believe was a lean market for sellers. Mr. Zagone provided a good picture of conditions of the market, competition, and set some realistic expectations. What I appreciate is that he is a full time realtor that illustrated a firm commitment to getting the job done. During the process he was readily available and well supported by a back office. It is my opinion that his service made a difference and secured a fair price under difficult conditions. (Please note, the conditions were such that negotiations were limited.)

We have worked with Eric so far. We have not met Joseph yet. Eric is serving as our buyers' agent.<br/><br/>Eric was quick to reply to our generic email asking for information on a house we found online. He is a good listener, and he zeroes in on what we like and do not like in a property, which helps him make recommendations on homes that we may not have identified ourselves. We are somewhat slow and methodical about how we like to buy a home, and Eric has given us the space we need to go through the process our way.

Eric was great and knowledgable to work with. He was always quick to answer any questions we had to ask and communicated information to us as soon as it was available to him. He listened to our ideas for a mountain home and found us the perfect house for us! Eric also made sure that we were happy with everything after we closed the deal.
