Joe was a true professional and went above and beyond what we could have asked for as a realtor. We were looking to upsize in home and Joe laid out a clear plan for the selling and buying process. After performing a walkthrough of our home, he provided his recommendations for making our home market ready. His perspective helped us get the results we wanted on our home sale. He also helped us get the home that we wanted and are currently living in. Throughout the entire process, Joe made himself available for phone calls and texts to discuss our next steps as well as answer any questions we had. Joe also provided us with his network of contractors, inspectors, and legal professionals that made the process smooth and easy. We had a great experience with Joe and would recommend him for anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home.

We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Joseph Cardinale! From day one, he went above and beyond, spending so much time with us, answering every question, and always responding to our texts and calls. He was super patient and never made us feel rushed, no matter how many houses we wanted to see. His background as an engineer was a huge bonus—he helped us spot structural issues that we never would have noticed on our own, steering us away from some costly mistakes. When it came time to make an offer, his strategy was on point, making sure we were competitive without overpaying. We can’t recommend him enough!

Lucas was amazing! From start to finish.. very attentive, easy to contact & went Above and beyond to ensure our needs were met when we ran into a few obstacles. Very sweet & humble and I wish more stars could of been given. I’m sure everyone else who encounters him will feel the same. Thanks again Lucas

Lucas did an outstanding job helping me find my new home! With his expertise in the housing market he successfully steered me to an absolutely gorgeous home. This was due in no small part to his extensive research, and deep concern with my interests in location, size of house and resell possibilities. The result was an affordable and comfortable forever home! Lucas was a very friendly person and a great help who tirelessly worked to accomplish and accommodate my needs during this process and was always available for me. Should I want to sell this house in the future and get a new one, I know I will be reaching out to Lucas if/ when that day comes.
