I worked with Todd Grandin at the Jon Murray group. Great realtor, amazing human during a difficult sellers market and interest rates mid 2025. He guided all along the way, made sure we were set up for success, advocated for client needs. Todd is knowledgeable of the area and we often looked at comps to make sure we were priced appropriately for the current market. Highly recommend! Wouldn’t want a different experience than I had. Truly believe we had the best team toward a home sale in Kettering.

James Shelton was great every step of the way. We were first-time homebuyers so we had a lot of questions. He was super communicative every step of the way and gave us all the info we needed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

James was a very kind and knowledgeable real estate agent not only did he help me find my home for me and my family but he also gave me pointers on making it FHA approved with out any chance of backfiring or failing i owe that man a lot and not did get a good relator but i can also call him friend if i ever need to buy again i will certainly reach out to him! Highly recommend him.

James Shelton was our realtor from this agency. We are not local, so we needed someone who could give us a little extra care and he totally delivered! He did an amazing job of getting our home listed, helping us coordinate necessary repairs, and closing quickly and smoothly. 10/10 would recommend him and plan to use him again in the future.

James Shelton, this guy is a rockstar, when it comes to real estate agents man this guy knows what he's doing. Not only was he super responsive, but also helped us since we were out of town Roundup bids, quotes and everything we needed to get the sell done. I would highly recommend this team, and working with James has been a pleasure.
