James Shelton, this guy is a rockstar, when it comes to real estate agents man this guy knows what he's doing. Not only was he super responsive, but also helped us since we were out of town Roundup bids, quotes and everything we needed to get the sell done. I would highly recommend this team, and working with James has been a pleasure.

Todd Grandin did an amazing job! He focused on the most important things and getting us the most money when he/we sold our house! His communication skills & responsiveness were great with not only us, but with all parties involved. His knowledge & experience made a huge difference. He doesn't waste your time with useless info & marketing nonsense & truly looks out for the client he represents & not just putting money in his own pocket as quickly as possible. My full endorsement doesn't come easily and I very highly recommend him after interviewing and using another realtor to buy our current house before we met him.
