JoAnne was the best agent I could have ever hoped for! I was at a bit of a disadvantage trying to start my home buying process in PA from NC, but she made the process so smooth. She listened to exactly what I wanted, made incredible suggestions and was honest when she thought a home would or wouldn't work for my needs. When I was finally able to make my way to PA to view homes and was driving around, I realized what I *actually* wanted and what I *thought* I wanted were very different things. She rolled right with it and immediately helped me find my dream home. She went to bat for me with the sellers (even when my thoughts were slightly crazy) and had great references for a mortgage lender and insurance agent. She even helped me find contractors for quotes for home repairs. JoAnne really went above and beyond for me. I loved working with her so much that I've asked her to sell a relative's home. I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She's truly the best!
