We contracted with Joan Reimann from the Reimann Group to sell our home in Clifton, VA. While the sale of our home would normally be consider the “coup de grace”, it was actually working with Joan and her team which we found to be nothing short of exceptional. While there are agents which advertise their “team”, Joan has a steadfast, dedicated and professional group. Joan’s team design has ensured that every element of the home selling process is covered from end to end. She has repair professionals, moving professionals, staging professionals. They all synchronize on Joan’s energy, enthusiasm and professional approach to home selling. What many would consider to be a painful experience, Joan’s approach not only makes it enjoyable but opens one’s eyes to the realm of the possible. We believe Joan’s impeccable approach to staging and design is what contributed significantly to the home selling so quickly. We had one open house and five offers following. Joan scheduled time with us and went through each offer to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the offers. Even after our acceptance, Joan prepped us for every step of the sales process. This led to a flawless closing a month after offer acceptance. Rarely does one come across such exceptional talent and professionalism. She is dedicated to her profession and passionate about her clients. I cannot provide enough accolades.

I cannot say enough good things about Joan and her team member, Collin. I have worked in the new home industry for 35 years and have met hundreds of Realtors over the years, but Joan and Collin are the best. From staging, helping us store our items, to market knowledge and pricing strategy, Joan and Collin guided us every step of the way. In the end the value we received for our home exceeded our expectations with a very smooth settllement. They are real professionals and just great people to work with in selling your home. Joan went above and beyond in helping us find a home for our family. She was patient and understanding as we went through the entire process. She knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us find a home that hit every box in our list of wants. She is the BEST agent we could have hoped for.

Wow, where to begin? My husband and I started our house hunt at the height of the pandemic real estate craziness due to needing to get out of our rental house within the next few months. Joan and her team started out by explaining the whole process, hooking us up with a great mortgage broker that worked with our personalities, and getting us set up with MLS access to see what was on the market, coming soon, and what properties were sold at. Throughout the whole five month process of looking at houses, touring houses, and putting in multiple offers, Joan stood by us and assured us it was not us or our offers, but that the market really was that crazy. She was always available to answer questions via email, text, or phone. She gave great advice on what would make our offers stronger and was just as disappointed as we were when they were not accepted. Finally, we found a house within our budget, in our ideal neighbourhood, and with everything on our need list and a few things on our want list. She negotiated our offer to include an inspection contingency (which, in this market is almost unheard of), which we were thrilled about. After making seven offers on houses over a time period of several months, we finally got an offer accepted and Joan was as thrilled as we were! Once the offer was accepted, Joan continued to advocate for us during the inspection, close period, and even after we closed. I could not have imagined a better person to go through this gruelling process with. (In fact, this is the second time she has been our agent, as she sold my husbands townhouse and helped us find our rental.) I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent to contact Joan immediately. She really made the process smooth, comfortable, and way less terrifying than it could have been!

Joan sold our home and we highly recommend her as her support, and positive personality, led to a fantastic experience. Joan met with us well before the home went on market and gave us good feedback in regards to what buyers were looking for and suggestions as to how we could prepare our house for sale. She continued to be very “hands on” and was present and involved during the assessment, inspection, closing etc. This was particularly helpful as we were out of state during part of the sales process and felt very comfortable knowing she was involved. Definitely recommend her and her team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
