Jen is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in the home-buying process and made buying our home as smooth as could be. We had several areas of our home that we wanted to change upon moving in, and she has been a wonderful resource for home-improvement recommendations. She also provided guidance along the entire process and sent email reminders about important steps and things to keep in mind as we went along. Jen goes above and beyond with communication and was always available for a text or call when we had questions. We couldn't recommend her more! Brent did an excellent job in selling our home. So, I completely agree with all the good comments mentioned by the other customers. I would add one more thing: he has been always resourceful for providing all the local contractors of high quality for fixing our house, which turned out to be very helpful. Thus, if anyone wants to either sell or buy a house in the Baton Rouge area, I highly recommend Brent as a reliable and capable real estate agent.
