Steve did an outstanding job representing me as the buyer of my new home. It was a difficult process but we were patient throughout the negotiation, inspection and appraisal process. Anytime I had questions about the process, Steve was quick to respond or give his best advice. Steve is a very knowledgeable realtor and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

We called Steven and he did a great job getting us into a couple of listings quickly. He was great to work with all the way around and with all processes. We also wanted to close quickly and Steven was able to negotiate that for us! I will definitely call Steven again if we have a real estate need.

Steve did an excellent job assisting us in the sale of our existing home, along with the purchase of our new home. He was very knowledgeable of the local market and patient with us as we waited for the right house to go on the market. He was very responsive to our questions during the purchase and sale process. Steve was instrumental and getting our existing house on the market as soon as we found our new home. We sold our existing right away.
