Jason and Briana are a great team and they sold my home in Azusa to a solid buyer for a fair price. They suggested minor upgrades to the property -- new flooring, carpeting and touch-ups -- and Briana was a master at staging. When I visited the house after it was ready to sell, I was so impressed that I wanted to keep it. In fact, I might have if not for the high interest rate on my new home. At the request of the buyer, we did an accelerated escrow and the process was painless, I imagine for both sides. The team came highly recommended by a friend, whose home they also sold quickly with no hitches. I highly recommend them.
