A coworker of mine recommended Teresa to us and we are so glad she did. This is the first house we have ever purchased and Teresa made the process easy for us. She knew what requests we should make from the sellers and what requests to hold off on. Buying a house for the first time can be very intimidating, but Teresa knew how to make it seem simple. If you want a realtor who will represent you well and help you navigate through the complex process of purchasing a house, first time or not, Teresa is a great choice! Highly recommended!

It was a fantastic experience working with Mrs. Winchester. Since I was a first-time home buyer and had no experience with buying a house, she explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. She was fast with her responses and always had many houses for me to choose from. She even worked around my schedule and help make it easy to meet for all my viewings. When we looked any of the houses, she gave honest opinions about the property. She NEVER pressured me to make a decision right away and gave me plenty of time to decide myself. I definitely will be recommending her to many people.

Teresa and her team at the Real Estate Group did a fantastic job of making the home buying process a great experience. I have not purchased a home in a very long time and the market is drastically different. Teresa provided very helpful information about the buying process in today's market and was available to answer questions along the way. She is a very good listener and did a great job with answering questions and provided timely feedback. Teresa's knowledge and experience in the industry was very beneficial l in deciding which buying strategies to employ. Overall, she did a great job!
