Jacob is first of all, super friendly and very helpful. I felt very comfortable working with him for both buying and selling. He really is knowledgeable and helpful. He communicated with me continuously throughout the process. He took time to really help my find my home.

We reached out to Jacob after meeting him at an open house while visiting TX and we called him 6 months later when we decided to purchase an investment property! Jacob was awesome he viewed several properties for us while we were in California and we decided on one and he helped us negotiate the best deal! Jacob has gone over to check on our house for us several times since it was vacant for almost a year during renovations, he went above and beyond! I will definitely use him again in the future!

Great to work with both times we used him. Knowledgeable about real estate and took the time to dig into and learn the information about our unique deal neither of us had dealt with before. We had never dealt with a wrap around loan before and he put in the time and effort to learn about it and be sure my wife and I were getting a fair deal. He also helped negotiate our new home down and be sure everything was good with it before moving in. We would highly recommend and are actually still working with him to find land for recreational use.

Never respond to an appointment we set up. I had to call him 30 minutes after appointment time to remind him of the appointment. He said he was double booked. No call prior to the appointment time to let me know he had a conflict. If I had known that he had a conflict, I would not have given him such a poor rating.

Jacob was fantastic throughout the entire process. He listened to my needs, was super responsive, and ultimately had us sitting with multiple offers in less than a week. Jacob is your go to guy. I’ve done my last 2 transactions with him with no issues at all.
