I recently worked with Kassie on the sale of my (deceased sister’s) home & property in Flagstaff. We worked with Heidi on the purchase of both unimproved property and a single family home. Heidi's knowledge, professionalism and organizational skills are clearly head and shoulders above her peers. While we didn't purchase the property, we did purchase the single family home, and Heidi was on top of things throughout the process. She was quick to respond to our questions, provided advice and direction as necessary, and worked with us as a partner in the transaction. In fact, she saved us a considerable amount of money when it came to the offer process, as we were ready to offer well above the listing price and she more or less "talked us down", resulting in an accepted offer at tens of thousands less than what we were willing to pay.
