Heather did an amazing job!! She was spot on with response time and making sure all of our concerns were addressed. I have also known several other people who have used Heather and she came highly recommended. In a world where customer service is non-existent, it is refreshing to have someone treat you like "You count!!" Great job Heather!! Our family appreciates you and I would certainly refer you to any of my friends and family!! I did see a review from a guy who said Jeremy was great but did not rate Heather as highly. I did not understand this. Jeremy Soukup and Heather Soukup work as a team. I worked mostly with Heather on my purchase here. But they are both outstanding agents and I feel so blessed that I had both of them to work with!! Again, great job Heather and Jeremy!!

We would not recommend Heather primarily due to her husband Jeremy Soukup provided the majority of the skills needed for the purchase of our new Madison Loop Home here in Southside. We allowed her to list our 70 Northcrest Way, Powder Springs, GA 30127 home due to a friend in Alabama's recommendation. Our GA home had a contract with 48 hours from an Atlanta, Realtor's buyer.

I have been blessed working with Heather while looking for our Home away from Home on Lake Weiss ! She has gone over and above and called us with any property that she thought we might be interested in . She gave us a few insights to the specifics that we needed to know when purchasing property on the lake that we otherwise would not have known. She is Professional yet down to earth and goes out of her way to help find your perfect home. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends who are looking for a home! Thanks again for all the hours you put in for us !

I've used Heather from Sweet Home Alabama twice now...once to list a property and again to purchase a property. She was great as the listing agent and as a buyer's agent...Very honest, responsive, and diligent. I never felt like I was being pushed or pulled to make a quick sale or purchase! I will be using Heather again in the future!

Heather is an amazing realtor who goes above and beyond for her clients. She responds very quickly when you have questions and she is knowledgable in the buying and selling process. This is the 3rd time I have used Heather when selling and buying a home, and I will continue to use her in the future. You can't go wrong if you choose Heather as your realtor!
