We looked for over four years to find our perfect vacation home in the hills. Heath never gave up on us, always answered all our questions even during non business hours whether by phone or text. Once we found the home, he was again patient walking us through the purchase process. I would highly recommend Heath and his agency if you are looking to purchase a property or sell your current home.

Heath has been wonderful to work with! We started looking at houses over two years ago, and let me tell you… this guy has been very patient in helping us find the perfect house!! He was always willing to show us houses when we asked, very flexible! We are now proud owners of a new home, thank you Heath Gran!!!!

Not only did Mr. Gran have an extremely comprehensive understanding of the ever changing Black Hills real estate market, but he actively marketed my property and almost as important, he communicated back to me so decisions could be adjusted accordingly. Heath was not only attentive to even the smallest detail, but able to go above and beyond to see many steps forward needed in closing the deal. While the initial value Mr. Gran brought to the table was obvious, sharing my overall experience feels great as I have nothing but praise and that was respectfully earned.
