Gabrielle gave me real information to work with, regarding comps, timing, and planning enough ahead for me to be ready to list and sell quickly. She is backed up with an entire team of pros who coordinate, communicate, and move things along expertly and with speed. I felt very supported along the way, with vendor referrals (my condo needed a lot of work), strategies, and their full understanding of my goals with the sale. I was fortunate to have multiple open houses and advices about how to move the listing to a sale. The staging was beautiful, and it certainly gave me pause to wonder if I truly wanted to sell my home. The team backup was evident all through the process. I highly recommend this team; I can imagine no better group of pros to work with.
