I just purchased a house with Gabrielle as my agent. I cannot speak highly enough about her. This was my first time buying a house so there was a steep learning curve and Gabrielle was always quick to respond, easy to get a hold of, and thorough. She educated me about the nuances in each step in the process and always made sure I was aware of all aspects of the procedures. Due to her attentiveness we were always ahead of schedule at each benchmark while purchase which greatly decreased the stress in what is typically an extremely stressful life event. The biggest compliment I can pay is that I was never in doubt that everything would work out no matter what the outcome of factors outside of our control and was confident in a way you can only be when you trust someone really has your back. Would whole heartedly recommend Gabrielle, especially for a first time buyer.

First time home seller here… I can’t rave enough about the Miranda team! I was so nervous on how to go about selling my home, in today’s tricky market. However the whole experience was made easy with these pleasant personalities that were there with me every step of the way. I feel so blessed, and grateful to have found them to represent me on the sale of my home, which had offers on it before it even officially listed!!! From the wonderful in-house decorative staging that they did to the difficult paperwork processing of selling from a trust, I couldn’t have expected this process to go any better!!! To put it plainly, they’re just good people, and treated me like family. A++++ rating from me!!!
