We couldn’t have picked a better agent than Matt. He helped us price our house appropriately that we received 3 offers and were under contract within the first week of listing. We lived in our home for 42 years and had a lot of stuff. He gave us suggestions and help on how to easily prepare for the open house and showings. He was always quick to respond to my many questions. We had a few hiccups along the way, especially the day before closing. Matt was always able to calm me down and quickly handle any issues. First time home buyer here! Jenn was absolutely amazing; i’ve had my fair share of experiences with realtors but none was as smooth or as good as with Jenn. She is highly knowledgeable about the home buying process, about different zip codes and towns, and has top notch communication. She is very easy to get along with and good for any and all questions because if she doesn’t know an answer to something, she tells you so and digs into her network of people in order to get you the best answer.
