Gina sold my house while I was out of town. She did a great job letting various repair men into the house and coordinating paying them by forwarding me invoices. She was always responsive and forthright. I am pleased to recommend her services to anyone.

I am happy to recommend Gina as I found her to be easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the local market and how to best position my house for sale. She is honest, hard-working, and has a high level of integrity. Her demeanor and professional nature are only eclipsed by the warmth of her personality. She possesses a knack for great attention to detail but, I believe, what sets her apart form others is the way that she takes each client's personal situation to heart and works for the best outcome for them and not just in order to make a sale.

Gina was quick to respond to my every need and question. The pictures that were taken to showcase my home looked professional and were updated as conditions changed. Gina provided me with area information of other like homes in my area that were for sale, under contract, and sold so I felt comfortable with the price we listed my home for. I was continuously and consistently updated of viewing statistics, open house activity, and scheduled showings. I would strongly recommend Gina to anyone buying or selling a home.

Gina is great at what she does. She made the process of looking for the right home simple. We gave her the things we were looking for in a home and she found homes to help fit our needs. It didn't take long till she found the one we fell in love with. If we ever decide to move again I will be definitely be contacting Gina again!

Gina was the perfect choice for our listing broker of our family home by my aging mom.
