We were introduced to Renee through Berkshire Hathaway after inquiring about a house that was due to have an open house. That one didn't work out so we began by looking at homes online and she showed us a couple of others that we might be interested in. We were looking for a family member who wanted to move from a rental unit so we had fairly specific requirements and a limited timeframe. Ultimately, we ended up looking at 10 homes before settling on the one we purchased. Renee was extremely responsive to all the questions we had and was very patient when looking at homes and determining if they would meet our needs. She was very communicative either face to face, by phone or text and email whether it was during the day or at night. If she didn't have the answer right away, she would research or talk with the seller's agent and get the information back to us. She is very knowledgeable about the market, sales process including sales agreement and closing process. We liked Renee very much and would highly recommend her.
