Extremely likely. George was patient, diligent and very knowledgeable not only of the housing market but the different areas I looked at. I personally looked at 88 homes and George never lost his patience and was always willing to show me another house on my list and steer me away when he knew the property or area wasn’t what I wanted. I would recommend George in a heartbeat to any prospective buyer or seller.

George was always personable, professional, and available to address our questions or concerns. We had a lot of showings during the time our condo was listed, and George was right with us professionally the entire time from the first visit to the closing sale. He had a plan from the beginning and continually demonstrated his expertise and knowledge as we followed that plan. We had a great experience and would recommend George Patton with no reservations.

George really knows his markets and is very professional. he was able to sell my home within 30 days. That in itself is impressive but even more impressive was we went to market approximately 25k higher than any realtor I talked to . I didn’t go with him because he recommended a higher list price. I went with him because he had a list of reasons why his list price was realistic. We closed at 4K under full ask! Great job and a Great guy!
