I have worked with Gabi Bergstrom for over 20 years for all of my real estate needs, through many financial variables and variations in market climate. Gabi is one of the hardest working people I've ever known. She intimately understands the stress and personal impact that buying and selling a home can add to anyone's lives and maintains an energetic, positive attitude, even bringing laughter and fun into difficult situations. She truly seeks to understand her clients' needs and thinks creatively outside the obvious to find solutions for the inevitable roadblocks that come up in the process. She communicates day and night, immediately responding to questions, dreams and concerns, no matter what she is doing or where she is in the world. One of the traits that I respect most about Gabi is that she will never promise, or even allude to, anything that she is not absolutely certain that she can deliver. She always does what she says she's going to do and is 100% honest about what she has not yet experienced in any given transaction. That said, Gabi's knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of buying and selling properties has never ceased to amaze me. Her years of experience, work ethic and personal relationships is what has kept her as one of the top agents in this area for just about as long as I've known her. Gabi's integrity is clear to everyone that works with her. She is the same person today as I met years ago in our first deal together and I now can call her a trusted friend. Gabi is the only person I have and will ever trust with my biggest assets and the most meaningful point from which to raise my family...our home. She just sold the third home for us and we could not be more grateful for her!

We never had to even list our house. Gali’s knowledge and contacts in the market produced qualified and very interested potential buyers. The buyer had searched homes on his own and noticed the best always were represented by Gabi. She knows the market and all the nuances of Durango home ownership. And was always very responsive to our questions - even while on vacation. We highly recommend.

We successfully completed our third transaction with Gabi. She’s among the very elite in this profession for very good reasons. Her professionalism inspires confidence and trust. Her knowledge of the Durango market and dedication to her clients are impressive. There’s no level of complexity that she cannot handle and no detail in the entire process of buying or selling that escapes her attention. We wouldn’t consider any other agent.
