Frank helped my family sell and buy homes in the Houston area. His communication & knowledge was steller! When looking for a realtor, it's important to find someone who listens, understands the market and is honest.....Frank can check the box for all of these. He is always in your court and works hard to make your real estate transaction as easy as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend him. I've worked in the real estate industy myself and know that an agent like Frank is hard to come by---call him to represent you and you will be very happy with the results!

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Frank. We worked with him on selling our home in the loop and buying a new one out in Creekside. Through both processes, Frank was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, extremely available and overall just a joy to work with. He has an eye for looking at certain things that we didn’t necessarily know to look for in a home and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and where our family would be happiest. We will definitely work with him again if we move again, and would recommend him to all family and friends looking for a realtor. And finally, we are happy with the price we got on our house, both selling and buying things to his negotiation skills!

Frank and his partner Lary were amazing. As soon as we talked, they were on top of everything. Professional, courteous, responsive. I never felt like I had to nudge them to do anything (like other agents I’ve used). They staged our place, managed 3 open houses and sold it in less than 2 months. We couldn’t be happier.

Frank was pretty great! Our buying/financing process wasn't smooth and there were lots of hiccups including, slow seller's agents, difficult sellers, issues with the house.... Frank was patient through the whole experience without making us feel bad in any way. Helped us a lot through the hectic process and was always available, if not immediately, then first thing next day and on weekends. Even took our calls and made inquiries on our behalf while he was in the airport. Frank knows most things off the bat and has "a guy" for pretty much anything that he doesn't know, and has a great eye for "what can go wrong", which is great for first time buyers! He also has always impeccably dresses, which cheered me up!

Frank did a fantastic job in helping to sell our condo. He has a tremendous amount of experience and is very professional. He was able to help us navigate a few obstacles and minimized the stress of a real estate transaction!
