Nikki Picken is the realtor I chose as I know Nikki and knew she would be fair, honest and reliable. I had mentioned selling my home to Nikki earlier on, and once I talked with her, I was impressed that she never pressured me but was very patient. As soon as Nikki knew I was serious she was on top of it! She recommended what I should do with staging such as being very minimal and clearing out a lot of extra things on counters, rooms, and so forth. She took pictures and hired a photographer who used a drone and captured my home and land, inside and out and who did an amazing job of photography. I’ve never seen such a spectacular work of art…A+ in my books. She posted the sale and it was sold in a couple of days! Nikki had examples of the market and had market knowledge above reproach. She compared my home to other homes in the area that were similar. Her negotiation skills were impressive to safeguard my interests. She always offered encouragement and offered to help move or be available in any way she could be helpful. She was very professional in her communication skills. She communicated well with all parties and was always available. She always responded immediately and always had very specific guidance recommendations such as what should stay in the home, pictures of what I had available for sale and always let me know if she was impressed with something I had accomplished on the move. Nicholette did an amazing job from start to finish in helping us with the sale of our home. She is intelligent, highly motivated, knowledgeable and exceptionally hard working. Beyond those essential traits one would seek in a realtor, Nicholette is also very personable and fun to work with! She never pressured us but calmly and gently guided us through the whole process. Whenever a problem came up, she always made herself immediately available and did her utmost to work things out. She has amazing communication skills and was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her--if the 5 star rating system above allowed it, we'd give her six stars on all four ratings!

Nicholette Picken of Birkshire Hathaway did a superb job in setting up the sale of our home, from the pricing, the interior & exterior photos to the drone shots from the sky showing the surrounding beauty, snow cap mountains and landscape which truly enhanced the property. She was knowledgeable, upfront and sincere going through the entire process. Nicholette was always available and responded to questions immediately. Even with a few unforeseen fixes, Nicholette was able to act quickly without hesitation to get things taken care of. She went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend Nicholette to anyone looking for an Excellent Realtor.

Nicholette was very helpful with the closing of the property. She provided great knowledge of the area, comps and reasonable negotiation prior to the sell and extensive advice on local assistance through present day. Nicholette is extremely down to earth and genuine. I would definitely recommend and trust her with any real estate needs.

Nicholette went above and beyond to help us. She was always available and responded to all questions immediately. She was amazing to work with and went out of her way to make sure to find solutions to help progress move forward. Nicholette helped make this stressful situation so much less stressful.
