We feel very fortunate for having connected with Pamela Grunstein and the Francie Malina team. Pamela played a pivotal role in our family’s transition to our new home. Her knowledge, confidence and access enabled us to navigate our home search while balancing patience and enthusiasm. She was available to communicate thoroughly and quickly, kept us informed of upcoming listings, and kept us calm and focused throughout the process. Selling a home in 2025 is vastly different than it was just a few years ago. Yet most realtors are selling the same way they did in 1999. Pamela Grunstein and the Francie Malina team at Compass are vastly different from the rest. When we first met, Pamela developed a plan and timeline for the sale of the house. She identified a few minor improvements that would help drive more interest. And, unlike other realtors I have worked with, she provided specific goals for the number of showings and when we could expect to receive offers. The week that the house went on the market, she followed her plan - and exceeded the goals we had agreed upon. We received multiple offers, all over asking price. Once we accepted an offer, Pamela continued to actively manage the process towards closing. She proactively made sure we had everything we needed in place (including closing out a very old permit that had not been closed properly). Every time I asked "do we need to.." her answer was "we've got that handled already". Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful process. Pamela and the Francie Malina team removed almost all of that stress, while delivering an outcome that exceeded our expectations. If you're even thinking about selling a home in the Rivertowns, she should be your first call.

HUGE praise for Pamela Grunstein and the Francie Malina team for everything they did for us related to the purchase of our house in Irvington. They are a master class in real estate. During the search for our house, Pamela and Francie listened to our specific needs, were fully honest about potential houses, and hustled to show us opportunities and get us educated on the decision. We never once felt like they were pushing their agenda on us. They identified our house before it was put on market, got us in early to see it, and helped us with all aspects of getting to a signed contract. Once we signed the contract they helped us with all aspects of preparing for closing, staying on top of the sellers related to to-do items in the house, and transitioning our lives from the city to the suburbs. The Francie Malina team is truly deserving of their reputation as the go-to team in the River Towns and Westchester County.

My husband and I consulted Pamela when we were buying our fourth house together. Despite having previous experience buying homes, we didn't truly know what we wanted, though we started the process with a long list of requirements.
