I plan on using Wendy and her team when I purchase a home in the next few years but for now I needed a rental and Wendy really came thru for us. She kept us informed every day with availability updates- she found several homes for us we would have never seen on our own. A beautiful home in Hobe Sound became available and it was a very competitive situation- Wendy was incredible and really helped us get approved. She handled all the paperwork and worked with the landlord's agent really well. I would highly recommend Wendy for any of your needs!

Great experience working with Wendy to sell our mother's home. She was attentive and responsive to the many issues that arose. She communicated with us every step of the way. We so very much appreciate that she went above and beyond her responsibilities assisting the buyers out of town agent. If you are in the market for a real estate agent you would be hard pressed to find better!

My wife and I found Kelsey Clowdus to be an exceptional resource. Being out-of-town buyers, we relied on her to search for and identify properties for us. Having purchased nearly 20 homes over the years, we knew what to look for in a buy side realtor. We looked with Kelsey for 2 Years and all along, she sent us options, met for showings accommodating our tight schedule and pivoted when we did. Our best guidance for her, "We will know when we walk in" and she always made us feel like we were her only client, this is hard to do during the hustle and bustle of real estate. We had a wide range of properties and options, and she took time to understand and present properties that were specific for our needs. As a life-long Jupiter resident, she was able to guide us through neighborhoods that met our needs and more importantly, give us guidance on neighborhoods that might not meet our needs. Sold to work with and we will use her again. The Wolfe team is highly communicative and made the process very easy. Having information, being 1,600 miles away, gave us comfort as we completed the transaction.

Kerry was terrific! She is an area native and knows the market inside and out. We were buying from out-of-state, and Kerry made the process as easy as if we were right next door, from viewing properties to post-closing. She is incredibly responsive, helpful with everything, and such a pleasure! We would 100% recommend Kerry!
