We chose Eden to sell our home for two reasons. First, she had the best track record around in terms of recent closings. Second, she grew up in the same area as the home we were selling so she knew the market and properties well. Turns out we made the right choice! We got a full price offer just 3 days after putting our home on the market. Eden knew how to push the boundaries far enough in setting price without going too high. She and her team helped get workers to the house to make repairs and spruce it up but never made us feel like we were trying to over-improve the house. Her entire team helped make the process so much less stressful. We really felt like we had a partner in Eden. Thank you Eden for your tireless work and sharing your vast expertise with us!
