Leah was a blessing to us! We were selling our two bedroom, one bath condo in a fairly unpredictable market in Washington DC and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor in Leah. She was always very well prepared, had a strategy, and was always available to consult us during times we were anxious about the sale. Based on the number of views we saw on our redfin and Zillow, we know that the marketing team was hard at work. And honestly, the photos they had taken of the unit for the posting were so stunning and really captured the beautiful aspects of the unit. Seeing the social media accounts and posts about our unit were an added bonus. We had a lot of personal things going on at the same time so it was really helpful to be able to trust that Leah was handling it all. A friend had referred Leah to us and we are so grateful that she did. Highly recommend working with Leah if you have any real estate needs.

I would recommend Usamah Nelson for 5 stars because he has exceptional market knowledge and outstanding communication skills with his clients... very professional, expertise and able to cater to his clients needs.I was looking for a real estate agent and called many to help sell my house... but none clicked like Usamah Nelson... Usamah knew the market trends, prices in the neighborhood,he would promptly answer my calls and emails keeping me informed about every development.. Usamah would clearly explain complex contract details and expedited paperwork for open house that attracted multiple offers which in turn benefiting me the client... Kim was patient and very thorough with our first-time home buying process from the west coast. She made herself available to answer any questions we had, even despite the time difference. When it came to the virtual tour and negotiation, she provided so much expertise to help us understand what to take into consideration for our offer and what we should know about the area. Much of this, we wouldn’t have known as first-time buyers and not being able to see the house in-person. Each step of the purchase, Kim made us feel well-informed and advocated for. We’d absolutely recommend her services to others.
