I can’t say enough amazing things about Doug, Lindsay, his assistant, and his team! They were incredibly available, and always ready to answer questions I had. They went above and beyond and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge and expertise are remarkable. They were able to anticipate my needs and guided me every step of the way. Having sold a few houses in the past, I can confidently say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. My father decided to sell the small farm our family purchased 43 years ago and move into a senior residential complex. I live 1,100 miles away and it's just us two now so we needed someone trustworthy to help make this work out right. After meeting Doug it was clear he knew the area and his craft. Doug and his team made this process come together flawlessly and helped us get a great sale price for the buyer that worked for all of us, and are so pleased with everything. I highly recommend Doug Cary and his team with Century 21 Everest Group. For the past year, I’ve researched and reviewed several Real Estate Agents. Doug has been the absolute best. He is super smart and informed when it comes to anything real estate, even beyond just the regular space of buying and selling a home. He's always current on the state of the market and happy to share whatever information he has. His team is competent and always happy to help. Biggest thing for though, Doug has your best interest at heart. When I became a bit anxious to get the house sold (some time pressure to sell this house in time to move into the new one), I suggested maybe I want to turn our old house into a rental... he immediately jumped in with very objective and helpful insight, letting me make my own decision. Zero pressure to have me still sell... he just wanted us to be successful and happy. Ultimately, really glad we stuck with selling the house, everything went perfectly. 15/10 would recommend!!!!!
