We could not have been happier with our choice of a realtor.  Diana exceeded our expectations.  We found her to be highly skilled, knowledgeable, and available to answer questions. Diana worked with us and her team to get our house ready for sale and for the best return possible.  Through her efforts, we were able to sell our home in four days at above asking price.  Diana helped guide us through the process of reviewing multiple offers and understanding the nuances of each.  Even after we accepted an offer, Diana continued to work on our behalf with the buyer’s realtor as well as going above and beyond to address some questions from the buyer.  Diana is a dedicated, professional, and personable realtor to work with. I had the great fortune to have Diana Geremia as my realtor when I sold my house quickly and off season.  Diana truly knows the Loudoun County market and guided us successfully to a very favorable sale.  Since we hadn't been in any real estate transaction for 25 years she walked us through the process making sure we understood all our options.  She helped to set out a strategy that met our needs and she thoroughly explained each step.  Just walking us through the process of deciding on a sale price was very helpful and gave us great confidence that we were proceeding in the right direction.  She guided us step-by-step through every stage of the sale and made sure we understood all the legalese and she provided us a framework by which to gauge the offers that came in. We were nervous as we started this process but Diana made it so easy it is all now just a pleasant memory. Highly recommend.

Diana's has been amazing to work with! She's extremely friendly and knowledgeable about her field. She responds quickly to all questions and provides great advice when it comes to selling a house. We have worked with Diana to both purchase and sell a house. In both situations she made these typically stressful processes a breeze. If you are looking for a realtor, Diana is the person you want to contact! Wouldn't go with anyone else!

Diana is the best. She guided us through the home selling process from beginning to end. She provided great advice in how to prepare the house for showing; she provided her honest opinion concerning the asking price; she also provided advice on timing of listing; her listing details were on point; she was on top of all of the paperwork and communicated regularly. She looked after our best interest during negotiations. This is my second time using Diana’s services and I am, once again, very satisfied with her performance. She is very professional and personable. She has my upmost respect and admiration for a job superbly done.

Diana is a terrific agent. She took care of all the details for our home purchase and coordinated everything with the sale end of our transaction as well. She is very attentive and responsive and goes the extra mile to make sure that the transaction goes smoothly. Her knowledge of the local market was key to us finding the right new home.
