Dawn was recommended by a coworker and friend of mine. We had been walking through neighborhoods a lot since we moved to Minot. One neighborhood and one house stood out to us so we decided to see what we could get for the house and called up Dawn. Since day 1, Dawn has responded back within the hour or at the very least, within 6hrs (for those who hate calls-she's a texter too!!). She is SUCH a sweet and very strong realtor to have on your side and very knowledgable. She showed us the house twice in one week and we sat down and she found comps to help us out the best offer in possible-WOAH did she come up with great numbers and the seller accepted-she knows her home values! To add, we've run into some issues with the home and things needing repair/attention and Dawn was very on top of it in contacting the seller's agent to stress the importance of getting resolution on those items. Further more, everyone Dawn recommended for the rest of the process-loan,insurance, repairs, etc... have been just as pleasant as her! Dawn knows her business, she knows how to work with people, she's so fun to work with and I would trust her to sell or help me buy any home. There may certainly well be other great agents in the area, but Dawn was perfect for us. Friends we recommended her to who are working with her also have had the same experience. Going with Dawn will give you more peace of mind than you would expect in home buying or selling.
