David Serota was both the owner and real estate agent whom we purchased our home from 6 months ago. During the process of buying the house, our inspector noticed issues with the roof. Baron Construction did the "necessary repairs" required in order to certify the roof's condition for our purchase. Not only did the shingles come off within the first few months, within 6 months we've been told by multiple roofing companies that the roof needs a full replacement, and has 3 layers on it! (Only 2 layers are allowed by law!) Since then, we've found countless issues with the home, including flooding in the basement, potentially dangerous electric wiring updates and more. Much of the issues were hidden by cosmetic fixes prior to the sale of the home. Do not trust either of these companies!

Rich is quite literally the best agent on the planet. He located a buyer and sold our home off market during our out of state relocation taking a massive amount of stress off of us. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and most importantly, responsive. Rich cares about his work and his clients and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone and everyone!
