David was critical in our new home purchase, he did an outstanding job throughout the whole process. He's awesome to work with, really friendly and professional, speedy responses, very knowledgeable of the area and home build/improvement, great negotiating skills on our behalf, efficient, and flexible to schedule home viewings. In addition, he also provided us with great resources and insights to make this process as easy/streamlined as possible. We highly recommend David for his services to buyer for the following reasons (1) Very good communications. David is always super polite, friendly, supportive, and humble, without any exceptions. (2) Very knowledgable of the construction and purchase process of the home. In fact, he has a strong ability to lead the way and show us what are possible issues or solutions. Some people give you hearsays, David gives your his experience as a contractor and an agent (3) Very helpful guidance covering almost everything along the way, from purchase strategy, price/time strategy, potential analysis of each parties' reactions. David was strongly recommended to us by our friends, and now, sincerely we would recommend David to other buyers.
