David Digioia was great to work with in selling our home. As a former resident of the neighborhood and a top seller in the area, David has the knowledge and experience to market the home and the selling points of the neighborhood. He was very thorough in communicating the changing market dynamics and suggesting recommendations for home repairs/improvements that would help the home stand out to prospective buyers. He was also very helpful recommending and coordinating contractors to quickly schedule work in order to get to market faster.
