Dave and his team provided exceptional service! They made the process easy and stress free while providing the best service you can find! Everyone is also so friendly and makes you feel extremely comfortable! I would highly recommend them to anyone! I was surprised at how quickly they were able to sell my place! They definitely know what they are doing and are the best at what they do. I am extremely pleased with their service and feel anyone would agree! Selling can be extremely stressful - but they make it as easy as they possibly can for you!

Working with Dave and Tiffany was such a great experience. From the very beginning, they were super responsive, kept me updated every step of the way, and really understood what I was trying to do. I never felt like I was in the dark or had to chase anyone down. They respected my goals and didn’t waste my time with lowball offers, which I really appreciated. When the first deal fell through—through no fault of theirs—they immediately shifted gears, came up with a new game plan, and found a cash buyer right away. The unit was sitting vacant for a while, and they even took the time to check on it regularly just to make sure everything was still good. That meant a lot to me. We had a group chat going the whole time, and it made the process smooth and stress-free. And I have to say, Tiffany was amazing. She’s sharp, professional, on point, and honestly one of the best transaction managers I’ve ever worked with. She made everything feel easy. Dave and Tiffany are a powerhouse team. This was actually my second time working with Dave, and I already know I’ll be calling him for every future deal. Highly recommend them both. They really care, and it shows.

I worked with Dave to buy my first condo in Arlington, and he was so awesome! I obviously had no experience with home-buying and he answered every question I had and was very responsive. I definitely recommend working with him.

Truly a 5 star experience in every way! Dave and Karen Moya and their team knocked it out of the park as we prepped and later sold our townhouse and then worked hard to find our dream home. They took what can be a very stressful period and made it an experience that we will always remember in a positive way. The experience was really very painless, and I had very little to do. Dave had great suggestions, and I did not need to worry at all as I trusted everything would be seamless. Their team is proactive and quick, and they were very mindful of timeliness and my schedule. I would 100% use them again!
