We have always had a plan to get back to eastern States to be closer to family & Eastern Tennessee was our dream location. When it came to choosing a realtor, we wanted someone born & raised here, pro-active, flexible & patient. (And with a veteran owned company). We interviewed several agents over the last year when then a veteran friend I served with in Niota recommended Hero Homes/eXp Realty before we made a final decision. She was very professional, knowledgeable, gave us valuable advice and always acted in our best interest. Tonia’s entire team was amazing! This was the second time I’ve worked with Tonia. She was able to negotiate a great deal on the property I sold. Tonia was very responsive to all my needs. She had all the necessary contacts to find and evaluate the septic system, and worked very well with buyers lender. I will definitely use Tonia again.
