Brett was phenomenal while assisting my husband and I in our first home purchase! He recommended a fabulous lender that helped us quickly cross the finish line in closing on the home and Brett was always available to take a quick call or give me a proper education on all the new things to learn when purchasing a home. He also went above and beyond to help us move and get junk haulers to our house when we were surprised by leftover furniture from the previous owner. Since then, he's been an asset in providing valuable recommendations for local landscapers and other contract items that we have needed along the way! We will definitely be using Brett in the future for any new home or investment property purchases!

Working with Mason was a dream come true for our first home buying experience. From start to finish, he was attentive, respectful, and exceptionally professional while at the same time feeling like a close friend. Mason worked harder than we would have even expected from a realtor, going above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect home for our small family. Our buying journey was an emotional roller coaster — from almost losing out on our dream home to actually getting it in the end thanks to Masons attentiveness. Mason guided us through every twist and turn with patience and determination. We truly felt like he had our best interests at heart every step of the way. Mason was always a phone call away when we had questions. Thinking back on it, I’m not sure that he EVER missed one of our phone calls. He was quick to text or email every update along the way as well, making sure to explain every process and never making us feel like any question we had was a dumb question. While on vacation, we (hubby and I) met a wonderful person. Very charismatic and knowledgeable, with a magnetic personality. After listening to what we were looking for in a property, Larissa was able to show us a few listing's that fit. We found the perfect house with a great location.
