Dan is a great agent, that I would recommend to anyone! He helped me purchase my first home. Dan waked me through step by step and was always available with any questions. He is always responsive within 24 hours, and was flexible with his schedule to help me see any property that had piqued my interest. He knew the markets I was buying in and had recommendations based on the information I gave him. If he was ever unavailable his partner, Terri, was readily available to show properties too. Dan is prompt and communicative and works well with other agents to get the best information and deal for you as a buyer. We were able to negotiate price based on comparable values and credits for the property post inspection and get the best deal possible to buy my first home!

GREAT! Dan knows what he is doing, well prepared and honest. Dan sold my home after my husband passed. He walked me though everything helping me every step of the way. Dan was kind, knowledgeable and sold my home in 1 day for more than I expected. I can’t thank him enough.

Dan was honest and up front and easily approachable when it came to selling my home. He was easy to work with throughout the whole selling experience. He answered any questions or concerns I had and was professional in every manner. I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling.
