Arin is an amazing agent. He listens to what you want/need and works tirelessly to help you find it. He's honest, trustworthy, and very responsive. Even when things got tricky he persisted with our best interest in mind and we were able to close the deal. We have used Arin on several of our properties and won't hesitate to do so again.

Arin Hoekstra's work ethic is amazing. He knew the market, provided us with helpful tips on renting our property, and took amazing pictures to showcase the property on Zillow. He then interviewed our potential renters, and we were able to rent very quickly. He maintains a cheerful attitude throughout the whole process, and it was so easy to communicate our wishes and desires to him.

I can’t say enough good things about Arin! Not only is he incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he makes you feel like family from day one. You never feel like “just another client” — he truly cares about helping you find the right home, not just making a sale. While touring potential homes he pointed out things I never would have noticed, always looking out for our best interests. It felt more like I was walking through the homes with a family member. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he had our back every step of the way. He also helped us with a sale in which he went out of his way in being supportive. He was extremely professional and made sure the process was smooth for us. I have referred him to family members who have had the same experience. I have reached out to him with questions even when I am not in the process of selling or buying and he is always happy to help. He will look into things to give me accurate info and advice. He’ll be my realtor for life — no question!

Dan was doing absolutely fantastic with helping me buy my condo. Worked with my remote needs since I'm from out of state too. He knows the neighborhoods and market very well, all traits that helped determine what a reasonable offer price for a place was.
