Cynthia is hardworking, caring, knowledgeable and strategic. She effectively explained everything we needed to know to us to help us sell for the first time as well as buy our first single family home; she had a great plan and vision to help us sell our place. Cynthia is also really good in tough situations - we had a water pipe burst in our wall during a home inspection (which is every sellers worst nightmare) and Cynthia was present on the scene as soon as it happened. She was able to keep the buyer calm, as well as us. She helped us advocate to our HOA next steps and connect us with people who were able to help us. Cynthia is personable and friendly, yet direct when she needs to be and is able to resolve conflict as it arises. She was our greatest advocate and I knew she always had our best interests in mind. She is great at her job; I would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying/selling!

Cynthia did a fantastic job selling my condo. She is knowledgeable about the area, helped me through every step of getting my place ready to sell, and helped me pick the best offer. I can't thank her enough. She kept me informed at all times and just checked in to see how I was doing, which helped so much.

Cynthia was such an excellent guide! She helped us find a new home we love, and helped us sell our previous home. I found it especially helpful that she made the time to come and review documents with us in person — for up to an hour at a time! — to make sure we were comfortable with and understood everything. The sale of our condo proved especially tricky, and Cynthia went above and beyond to do what she could to find us a buyer.

OMG, where do I start!!! Karen is the ABSOLUTE BEST and I genuinely mean that ?? She was beyond amazing. Karen made my home buying process extremely easy and less stressful.
