CJ helped us to find and purchase our first home. The beginnings of the process were unknown to us, scary, and overwhelming. We happened to meet CJ after requesting additional info on a home we were interested in viewing. Upon meeting CJ, we immediately knew he was a smart, strategic, kind, and caring realtor. He took the time to get to know us, not simply as buyers but as individuals. He spent months pinning down exactly what we were looking for. During our first meeting, he told us that we were beginning a relationship together - and that was such a true statement. We never felt pressured or forced into anything. He was open, honest, and helped guide us while still giving us the freedom and autonomy to make the ultimate decisions. We shared personal experiences, our fears and goals with CJ. CJ Lynch with Red Dog Real Estate was instrumental in helping us find a home that met our needs. CJ is very professional, detailed and fully involved in the process from beginning to end. He only showed us homes that met our requirements and it was encouraging to see that CJ knew everything about the homes, neighborhoods, sellers and agents prior to showing us each home. He worked closely with our mortgage broker, Ray Upchurch. They worked as a team and made the scariest part of the process very painless. I fully trust their expertise and would recommend their services to anyone. I will definitely be seeking their services again for all future real estate endeavors.

By God’s grace, my wife and I are first time homeowners! Hallelujah! All glory to God! We write this review to strongly recommend connecting and working with Mr. CJ Lynch if you are looking to purchase a home, especially if it is your first time. We had one initial consultation with CJ on August 18th. The consultation was pleasant as we did not feel any weird vibes from him trying to sell or market his company to us. He never pressured us to feel like we had to work with him, which we appreciated. Business people can try too hard to sell their product, which is a turn off for us. Instead, CJ shared stories about his life and the reasons that led him to enter the real estate business. It was apparent that CJ was a man of character, integrity, and excellence outside of his profession. Since he displayed those characteristics for his personal life, we believed it would be transferable skills for business. We had peace when talking to CJ, so by faith, the home buying process began. CJ is a zealous advocate for his clients. He is very knowledgable, kind, and extremely patient. As a first time purchaser I had a plethora of questions and CJ answered every single one without showing irritation. CJ is a quick responder. He answered my questions via text, email, and calls within a matter of hours and sometimes just minutes. Fast responses are vital in this process because a home you like can be bought by someone else quickly. CJ never responded later than 24hours. Because of the above mentioned, this process was a smooth, peaceful, and educational experience. Over the course of a month we sent CJ properties we were interested in. CJ quickly scheduled viewings for all the properties. In a matter of two days we visited numerous properties. September 14th we found a house we wanted and submitted an offer. September 15th the offer was accepted and we were in contract. October 2nd we closed escrow. October 5th we received our keys and now we are home owners by the grace of God! CJ never made buying a home feel like an impossible task. He matched his faith with ours. If you are ready to buy a home, look no further, CJ is a 10 out of 10 recommend!

Getting our first home under CJ's leadership has been an amazing journey. I always wanted to be a homeowner, but the intimidating and overwhelming feelings over the home process were something not easy to let pass. CJ, an experienced wise man in the home market business, helps us to find our home based on our family expectations and needs. He completely understands my home expectations request to find. Besides how efficient and qualified is this man for this job. One thing that surprised me the most, is the human caring side that he provides to his clients. Treating us like family members instead of just clients, was an unstressed and happy feeling process to get through. He worried and helped us with every single detail of how we wanted our first home. We are so thankful to CJ and the Red Dog Real state team for all the professionalism and effectiveness that our family was treated in the process of being homeowners!!! I worked with Realtor Lynch over this past summer trying to find a home that met all of my wants and needs. I must say that I am pretty picky when it comes to finding that special place to call home. Mr. Lynch must have showed me approximately 60 different properties. He was always eager and willing to accommodate all of the property viewings. I went into this process with a certain dollar amount, specific amenities and location. Of course my list in this current market didn't match with my pocketbook. Mr. Lynch took all of that into consideration and found me a home that met most of my desires within my price range. I can't think of a better realtor!
