Chris was recommended by a close friend and we are so thrilled we got to work with her on our first home purchase! Chris was very patient and understanding of our needs, wants, and ultimate goal to find a home that we loved and could grow into. The current market is a challenge to say the least and Chris was amazing at keeping us confident that we would find something we loved. House hunting can be a rollercoaster of emotions, we learned. When we got the call from Chris that our offer was ultimately accepted, it was a sigh of relief and excitement to start our homeowners journey. Chris is a phenomenal agent. She was my agent as a seller. Chris communicated promptly and clearly throughout the selling process. She has a deep experience based understanding of the psychology of real estate in regards to buyers and sellers. I listened to Chris, I followed her suggestions, We stayed focused and I am grateful to say my house went on the market at the start of winter, and sold at the end winter. Thank you Chris

Buying a home is a very stressful situation, especially when you are living in the Seattle area and trying to prepare a home to put on the market at the same time. Chris was so helpful in finding out what we were looking for in a home, the general area we wanted to live in and in working with our timeframe. Chris goes above and beyond to find properties that might be of interest. She often met up with family members to make an initial tour of various homes for us. She is responsive and flexible with her time. We only made one trip to Yakima to view a home that Chris had found for us. We knew as soon as we walked in that it was the home for us. Chris walked through the whole purchase process with us. She communicated with our realtor in the Seattle area on timing for the closing on both homes. The purchase went smoothly because of Chris's diligence, her understanding of real estate and her dedication to finding the perfect property for her buyers. I can't imagine going through another real estate endeavor without her!

I am so blessed to have had Chris Carlson as my realtor when selling my home. She guided me through the process, and we were able to successfully sell my home within just a few months. She's a great realtor but even more so, a great human being! She's so kind and caring and truly listens to your selling (or buying) needs. I gained a friend when I met her. Chris was just amazing to work with! I found this property in Cle Elum, and she drove up there from Yakima to meet my friend and I. She walked us around and answered all of my questions. We bought it! The transaction was so smooth and she answered all questions immediately. Chris is a wonderful agent—-highly recommend!!!! I feel like she is a friend now. I would trust her again !!
