She is quite positive to work with. Personable and knowledgeable, offers suggestions and options. She has a good eye for appraising a property and is helpful in pricing as a seller just as a buyer. I experienced one error because of the buyers realtor being dishonest. We didn't catch it on the contract. It ended up working out. I have 0 complaints about Ms. Dean. I would use her again.

I’m so glad that I chose Cheryl to be my real estate agent. She was so helpful and so knowledgeable she was there and answered any questions I may of had with the sale of my home. Not only did a find a realtor but I made a friend. If at anytime I would need another real estate agent in the area I would reach out to Cheryl I highly recommend her for anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home or property.

We recently bought a home in Pocahontas County with Cheryl's help. Cheryl was very responsive & happy to show us all of the listings we were interested in & was very helpful and knowledgable. We loved that she was honest with us about the properties we looked at and she really tells it like it is! We were very comfortable working with her & loved how friendly and forthcoming she was. On closing day, when the seller hadn't quite moved out all of her stuff yet, Cheryl really went above and beyond by buying us lunch and then helping out with getting the rest of the seller's furniture out of the house. Highly recommended & we will definitely go straight to Cheryl if we buy or sell any properties in the area again!
