She was very responsive through the entire process and expertly navigated the escrow process. Her services did not stop after the sale. She continues to provide advice, service provider referrals, and even arranged for furniture for the house! I highly recommend Catherine for any real estate needs in the Sequim area.

Catherine is hands down the BEST realtor we have ever worked with. I have never seen a more hard working realtor. She had open houses all the time, and she was always in contact with us. We are out of state and she helped us in so many ways with getting repairs to putting us in touch with the right people! She was very attentive to what we asked and always had a solution. Selling a home when you live across the country is hard enough but she made it flawless!! What a great experience it was working with her! We highly recommend her!!

Catherine was amazing to work with in buying my house. She knew everything about the area, answered all of my many questions, immediately established a regular check-in cadence with me and always answered my calls. Catherine not only is an excellent, knowledgeable realtor! She is a deeply caring and positive person. Catherine goes above and beyond everyday until your deal is complete! Catherine supported us in buying a home in 2021 and selling that home in 2024! We consider Catherine as a family friend because of who she is at her core, an amazing, wonderful person that you want on your side because she is your best cheerleader! Her partner Lance is a great asset to her team! They managed the sale of our property while we were living out of state. Lance supported our Sequim neighbors when a tree branch from their home fell on our property. Lance removed it for them! Lance mowed our lawn a few times too!
