I had the absolute pleasure of working with Carrie to buy my very first home, and I truly can’t say enough great things about her. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and completely judgment-free. She helped me find the perfect condo in just one week—which still amazes me. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond at every step. Any time I felt overwhelmed or nervous, she didn’t hesitate to call and talk me through things, offering reassurance and clarity. She responded incredibly quickly to every message, no matter the time, and made me feel like I was her top priority. Even when it came to parts of the process she didn’t technically need to help with—like explaining the mortgage process in detail—she took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt confident in my decisions. Perfect agent for a first time home buyer. I’m a first time home buyer and I reached out to Carrie because I heard really good things about her from someone I know who purchased a house. She did not disappoint! She walked me the entire process from start to finish, was always extremely clear and thorough, answered all of my questions in detail, and gave me a lot of good advice every step of the way and beyond, a lot of the advice I never would have thought of on my own. She went far above and beyond my expectations, and I felt that she represented my best interests perfectly, even during challenging moments in the process, and sacrificed a lot to ensure we were able to close. Easy to work with, very responsive! Carrie had clearly researched and knew the market before our first meeting. I was impressed with her knowledge of the real estate market and how that helped shape the asking price. Carrie was incredibly responsive to all inquiries and made the process very easy from the beginning to the end.
