Ruth did an amazing job. This was the 2nd time she helped me purchase a property and the 1st time she helped me sell something in the area! I ended up with a beautiful condo in a safe family friendly community. She made me feel comfortable with the process from start to finish so I understood exactly what was going on. Whenever any discrepancies came up during the negotiation process she was able to quickly resolve them and get me to closing. I would gladly do business again with her in the future should I need another property. I highly recommend working with her if you ever need to buy or sell.
