Carollina Barksdale listed and sold our home in Tilghman Island, MD. It was listed in July 2018 and a contract was signed in November 2018. The closing took place in January 2019. She advised us on appropriate pricing in a relatively remote area where many buyers were concerned about the distance to stores and banks. We found she was a: - Good Listener - Pleasant personality - Keeps her promises - Punctual and very professional - Does not "talk down" to client - Patient about paperwork - Knowledgeable about forms and regulations - Very helpful in gaging market reaction to pricing decisions.

Carolina Barksdale helped sell our home in Easton, MD. We had some difficulties selling as our home needed work, and is not of a modern style; waterfront, however! Carolina responded to our phone calls within 24 hours, and was always courteous, helpful and honest. She is active for her clients, i.e. she has open houses, follows up with people who have viewed, and sends update emails. I liked having Carolina as my agent and would ask her help again if I was to sell, or buy. Thanks Carolina!!

She works hard to make sure that you not only look at the houses that may be suitable but also to provide insight into the strengths and weakness of buying this or that. She is not a hard sell but clearly looks out for your interest in the buying, contracting, and after items.
