Working with Carol was phenomenal! She took me on many showings, often in the same day. Carol paid attention to my wants, needs, and things I liked but were negotiable. She would point out the thing that were my must haves and then the things a house had (or didn't have) that I really liked and would ask if I was ok with that. i do not know the Tulsa area very well. Carol was so knowledgeable about the area and letting me know when I would send her an address that was further out than she knew I wanted. She did not suggest we don't see it, she would just let me know where it was located and distance from my desired location. Aside from her professionalism, Carol was an absolute delight to be around. I adore her! When we get our previous home ready, we will be using Carol to sell for us as well.

Miss Carol was a great helping hand and a friend in the entire home buying process. She was always on time to appointments, always ready to call, text or email a response to me for any questions given. Even when the seller wouldn’t get info needed Carol went out of her way to call them and get it done in a timely manner. I don’t think we could’ve done this without her.

Carol is absolutely amazing! She is at the top of her craft! Everything you want from your agent, she is! Very thorough, fast paced and available when you have questions or concerns. she knows her stuff and gets it done! A great experience l would recommend her and I plan to work with her again in the future! She sold my home in less than 30 days!!! Wow!!
