Bud was great. He represents the seller. Looks out for your best interest. If your house is need of repair before selling Bud knows the right people that are reputable and reasonable to do it. He takes the stress and worries away and handles everything. He was there for me every step of the way. My house sold three days after it was listed. I'm so happy Bud was my realtor.

Bud is excellent! It was my first time buying a home and he made it stress free. He was willing to show houses whenever I wanted to look. He sent me pictures of houses that he thought I might be interested in very frequently and made me feel as if I was his main priority. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else he does GREAT work.

Bud went above and beyond any expectations that we had. His knowledge helped us find a fantastic home in a great area. His negotiations led to a purchase that was below our budget and below the appraised value of the home. However, he did not stop there. My wife was hospitalized due to a pregnancy and he went beyond the call of duty and delivered papers for us at the hospital (over a one hour drive one way). Thank you Bud, your expert knowledge and helpfulness have helped us in ways that we can't express!

Bud went above and beyond all my expectations! He was super patient with me and made sure that I didn't settle for something that wasn't what I wanted. He kept me informed during the whole process.
