Katy is absolutely phenomenal! She made herself available to us pretty much all day, every day. We were “those people” who asked to see the same house multiple times, but Katy never complained. She also helped us pick a bank for mortgage, an insurance company, and so much more. She was completely honest about anything she saw that could be a problem within each house and just made the whole process so easy. I would use Katy again over and over! Cannot recommend her enough!

Ty is an amazing realtor. He helped us buy our first home and was always quick to respond to any questions/ concerns we had. We had a lengthy closing process and he was very positive throughout the whole time. We had an awesome experience with Ty and will definitely be connecting with him when we decide to buy/sell again.

Shout out to Katy Hare! A true Rock Star Realtor Who Goes Above and Beyond! Where do I even begin? Katy is bright, bubbly and overall… just an absolute delight. I worked with Katy when searching for my home in 2021 where she helped facilitate the deal of a century for me. She truly is a master negotiator. Therefore, when I suddenly needed to relocate for work, I of course called upon Katy again. I was motivated to sell in a not-so-great winter housing market however, I knew I was in good hands. Katy went above and beyond in ways I never expected. Her knowledge of local markets and personal connections are unmatched. Selling a house is stressful, but this expert made it feel like a breeze. First off, the marketing? Absolutely sizzling. My listing had everything. The professional photos made my home look like it belonged in a magazine. The property description left potential buyers drooling with the details the photos could not provide. My house had more traffic than a Black Friday sale, and within one day, I had accepted an offer for above asking. But it wasn't just about the sale – it was about the experience. Being that I moved across the country, I was not able to oversee the resolution of issues found during the inspection. Katy coordinated everything and communicated every step of the way. She patiently answered every question I had, and arranged all issues to be fixed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Not to mention, Katy was always available. Whether it was early mornings, late nights, or even Christmas Eve, she was there to keep everything on track for a 30-day closing period. Further, when the buyers decided not to buy the riding lawn mower at the last minute (20 minutes before closing and remember, I was 1200 miles away), she personally loaded it up and had it sold for more than what the buyers were willing to pay, all within 24 hrs. If you want someone who can make your sale feel effortless and maybe even a little fun, look no further. Long story short: Katy is a total powerhouse!
