I HIGHLY recommend Brenda! She went above and beyond in the search for our new home! She was always very warm to be around which is a huge plus, but also responsive, informative and helpful throughout the entire process. She never made us feel rushed or pressured and really listened to what we were looking for. If there’s ever another need for a realtor, we will absolutely be working with her again!

What a pleasure it was working with Brenda! I reached out to her over a year ago looking for a house in my desired NC neighborhood. I was living out of state, and she went to the house that day and we did a video walk through. That house wasn't meant for me, but I recently found a perfect new build in the same area. I called her on a Saturday, and she walked the property since I was not available. The next day we toured the home. It was perfect. This is a highly competitive market; we submitted the bid that day. We spoke frequently over the next 2 days and nights and on Tuesday evening we got the great news that I got the house! I know her expertise and reputation in the area helped put my bid over the edge. I am truly grateful for her professionalism, guidance and knowledge. I would highly recommend Brenda when you are buying or selling your home!

Brenda has the "hustle". She has great local connections and helped us find a great house in a very competitive market. She was always quick to respond to correspondence and is well versed in the real estate market around Monganton, Hickory, Lenoir area.

Ms. Blankenship is very professional but at the same makes you feel like you are a close friend. She knows the Real Estate market and knows the best way to buy and sell your home. She is always available to answer any questions and concerns. I highly recommend her.

Working with Brenda on selling my mother and father-in-laws house was a great experience. She truly made things very simple for my wife and I and did a great job of keeping us updated throughout the process. She always has a very positive attitude and I immediately felt confident we could sell the house from day one without having to invest additional time and money to fix up the place. Brenda is extremely charismatic and everyone who meets her feels very comfortable with her and can just be themselves. As a testament to her character, I spoke to several other realtors in the area and all of them spoke very highly of Brenda and each of them said I couldn't go wrong if I selected her to represent my family. Also I was so impressed by how she looked out for my family's best interest along the way and at no time made us feel we needed to settle for a deal that we felt wasn't fair to both parties.
